Hope & Main is a non-profit organization created to help food-based entrepreneurs produce and sell their products.
We have spent nearly three years visiting commercial kitchens, talking to chefs, farmers and fisherman about their needs for bringing their food to the market.
Using their input, we have designed kitchens for a variety of food producers, including a processing kitchen, gluten-free/vegan kitchen and a large culinary kitchen for cooking teams.
