Main Street School Plans
Renovations to the Main Street School are intended to preserve the look and feel of the 1916 school house with state-of-the-art kitchen design. Architectural designwork was completed by Greg Spiess, AIA (Greg Spiess AIA Architecture & Urban Design) and John Lusk (JHL Texture Architecture & Engineers PC).
Robert Bornstein, (Principal of Hospitality Procurement Services) advised restaurant equipment purchasing and design.
Traffic analysis and impacts to Main Street and neighborhoods was completed by DiPrete Engineering.
