THIS WEEK’S BUY ONE / GIVE ONE MEAL IS: Cajun Jambalaya
May’s Gluten Free Market has made another scrumptious Nourish Our Neighbor dish. Owners Celeste and Brenden spent 4 years of childhood in Louisiana and, despite their youth, learned to love the food! Their parents learned from local friends how to make authentic Cajun cuisine. This Jambalaya recipe is specific to a region of the state that doesn’t use tomato with their rice. This Cajun Jambalaya is prepared with pork sausage, chicken thighs, and the trinity of onion, celery, and green bell peppers. Enjoy a favorite family recipe!
Allergens: Fish (Anchovies in Worcestershire Sauce), Soy
