Sebastian L. Moore, MBA

Sebastian Moore is a hardworking and dedicated professional coach whose main interest is his client’s success and wellbeing. He employs a results-driven, humanistic, heart & mind leadership centered approach in his work with his clients. He has a proven track record of success and a keen eye for detail. Sebastian works tirelessly to help his clients identify, articulate areas of opportunity and formulate a plan of action to achieve their goals on their terms. He leaves clients with the tools and skills to continue to grow and develop as they progress, long after the coaching relationship has expired. Sebastian is a Navy Submarine Force veteran with 10 years of leadership experience in human resources and developing the leaders of tomorrow in private industry and public service. From humble beginnings in Newport, RI where Sebastian graduated from Rogers High School, Sebastian received 4 Naval Accomplishment Medals during his 7-year Naval enlistment. Sebastian earned a B.A. in Business Administration at the Forbes Business School at Ashford University while serving on Active Duty and obtained his MBA from Johnson & Wales University in 2016. Currently, Sebastian leads the Workforce/Leadership Development Unit at a Naval Research and Development Facility in Newport, RI. Sebastian is married with 2 sons and a dog and lives in Bristol, RI. He enjoys biking, fishing, hiking, reading and spending time with his family and friends.
