Children will learn proper knife skills, cooking methods and delicious recipes. Parents can stay, but drop-off is welcome. Chef Heather will work with each child to prepare dishes each week. At the end of class, everyone enjoys a meal together. Ages 5+
WEEK 1 – Caramelized Onion and tomato risotto with Chocolate Cake
WEEK 2 – Spaghetti and Meatballs with Spring time Sugar Cookies
WEEK 3 – Breakfast for Dinner (waffles, eggs & homemade sausage)
WEEK 4 – Class choice!
