We’re bringing back Silver Palate Cookbook’s classical French American dish with influences from Spain, Italy, and even Morocco… and pairing it with locally sourced ingredients! Fall apart Baffoni’s chicken thighs, braised in a briney unctuously sweet and sour wine sauce. Complete with prunes, capers, Spanish olives, and mainstay sides of rice and locally grown broccolini. This dish is allergen free and full of all the best flavors!

HOW IT WORKS
The number of meals (“Tickets”) you purchase below will be reserved for you to pick up and enjoy on Wednesday October 11th from 4pm-6pm at Hope & Main. Drive thru the back parking lot, follow the signage! For every BOGO meal you purchase and enjoy at home, we will reserve one to distribute for free to our community partners. Meals are served frozen and ready-to-heat and eat at home.
