THIS WEEK’S BUY ONE / GIVE ONE MEAL IS: Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms over Herb Rice
Seared golden chicken breasts with sautéed mushrooms, garlic and peppers in a rich Florio Marsala wine and beef demi glaze. Served over buttery herb rice with peppers, celery, onions and garnished with sliced green onions.

HOW IT WORKS
The number of meals (“Tickets”) you purchase below will be reserved for you to pick up and enjoy on Wednesday, March 1st between 4 to 6pm in the back parking lot. Follow the signage. For every BOGO meal you purchase and enjoy at home, we will reserve one to distribute for free to our community partners. Meals are served frozen and ready-to-heat and eat at home.

The “Buy One / Give One” community supported meal share is a part of our Nourish Our Neighbors food assistance program. Nourish Our Neighbors was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to provide free meals and food access resources for our neighbors in a time of need. Since March 2020, we have distributed more than 50,000 meals to Rhode Islander’s facing food insecurity.
Beyond feeding people but in uncertain times, Nourish Our Neighbors is preserving and creating jobs, circulating dollars in our local economy, building community and providing HOPE! Meals are sourced as locally as possible and made by our member companies.
