Join Chef Marco Minieri owner of the new Italian food specialty business, Bottega Bocconi, for an evening dedicated to authentic Northern Italian Cuisine and of course… wine!
On the menu for this course are the basics:
- Stuffed Cannaloni
- Original Lasagna Bolognese
Featured wines will be from Tre Monti, an organic, family owned and amazing vineyard in Imola, Itay.
This course is designed for the novice cook and we will go step by step to create these classics. There will be an opportunity for everyone in the class to get involved, or just sit back and watch while sipping on wine. We will enjoy tasting what we have created in class as well.
Two portions of selected menu items will be prepackage for each participant to take home and enjoy!
