THIS WEEK’S BUY ONE / GIVE ONE MEAL IS: Honey Glazed Sesame Chicken, Garlicky Green Beans & Jasmine Rice

Pins Kytchen’s honey glazed sesame chicken is a healthier alternative to the infamous Chinese mall food “Bourbon chicken.” The chicken is marinated with house seasoning and then baked with a thin glazed layer of honey. Served with garlicky green beans and fragrant jasmine rice.

HOW IT WORKS

The number of meals (“Tickets”) you purchase below will be reserved for you to pick up and enjoy on Wednesday, February 22nd between 4 to 6pm in the back parking lot. Follow the signage. For every BOGO meal you purchase and enjoy at home, we will reserve one to distribute for free to our community partners.  Meals are served frozen and ready-to-heat and eat at home.

The “Buy One / Give One” community supported meal share is a part of our Nourish Our Neighbors food assistance program. Nourish Our Neighbors was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to provide free meals and food access resources for our neighbors in a time of need. Since March 2020, we have distributed more than 50,000 meals to Rhode Islander’s facing food insecurity.

Beyond feeding people but in uncertain times, Nourish Our Neighbors is preserving and creating jobs, circulating dollars in our local economy, building community and providing HOPE! Meals are sourced as locally as possible and made by our member companies.
