In this class Karen Greene will teach you how to make ravioli and “dabble” in other kinds of pasta making using different instruments. Students will also learn how to color and flavor your pasta with pure food coloring and spices, and take home a packet of recipes filled with more of Karen’s secrets!
At the end of the evening enjoy a complimentary wine tasting with freshly made ravioli — topped with Karen’s signature Secrets in the Kitchen Marinara Sauce!
