Bio: Jim and Lynn Williams founded Seven Stars Bakery in 2001 on the East Side of Providence. Jim graduated from San Diego State and spent his early career working for a variety of bread bakeries in CA. Lynn graduated from CIA and cooked, baked and made cheese all over the place before settling on opening a bakery in RI. The pair recently sold Seven Stars and are planning a new adventure in Vermont with their two daughters.
