Housed in a 100-year-old renovated schoolhouse, our 17,500 sq. ft. space features three code-compliant, shared-use commercial kitchens, including a gluten-free kitchen and artisan bakery, over 6,000 sq. ft. of production space, and a range of commercial equipment to support small-scale operations for a wide variety of food businesses.

Hope & Main also has a demonstration kitchen and classroom for education and training related to food preparation, cooking and nutrition, a 2,000 sq. ft. event room and additional co-working and meeting space.
