Betta Bakes
Founder Elizabeth Fradin wanted to fill the gap left by many unsatisfying Gluten Free cracker brands when her daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Rather than settle for less, Elizabeth stepped into the kitchen to develop her own recipes. More than two decades of gluten free baking led to what is now “Betta Bakes.” What started as a journey to help her daughter has evolved to a bustling small business that delights snackers of all kinds as a delicious alternative to the mass-produced crackers taking up all the space on store shelves.
Orisirisi Spice of Life Pepper Sauce
Founders Ramon and Frances Hinds are the proud founders of Orisirisi Spice Of Life, a family owned gourmet pepper sauce company. This dynamic husband and wife team creates some of the most amazing pepper sauces in the marketplace. Hailing from diverse backgrounds, Ramon, a native of Trinidad & Tobago, and Frances, from Puerto Rico, take pride in their passion and expertise. They are an award winning enterprise and currently they have a product line, consisting of 7 different flavors, with many more to come.
Big Katz Kitchen
Jonathan Katz founded Big Katz Kitchen in 2023. He’s always had an affinity for cooking and food, especially BBQ. In RI, there isn’t a deep BBQ culture so Jon bought a pellet smoker to address this problem and started smoking all different kinds of proteins. After a few months of using store-bought sauce, he thought to himself, there has to be something better, and so began his journey. When he shared his early batches of sauce with friends and family, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. After finding Hope & Main, Jon decided to start Big Katz Kitchen as a way to bring his sauces to the masses and he’s on his way!
