Emerging from a family of entrepreneurs, Karen Griffin created Just Like Nana’s as a way to bring rugelah, a traditional Jewish pastry, to an ever-expanding number of cafes and grocers.

Karen has been baking for decades, and prides herself on bringing a traditional recipe to market that utilizes more healthful ingredients, like coconut oil and sour cream, to yield a flakier, lighter exterior.

Whether you enjoy it in the morning with coffee, or as a sweet treat for dessert, Just Like Nana’s regelah is making new fans of a generations-old pastry.

Drawing upon his grandmother’s 100 year-old recipe, Greg Mundy founded Rose Mary’s Pralines as a way of bringing a southern delicacy beyond New Orleans.

Greg makes his pecan pralines in small batches, bringing the ingredients together using copper-bottom pots, and then pours the confection onto marble slabs to cool.

Each praline is made by hand using high-quality ingredients, like organic evaporated cane sugar, butter, and paper shell pecans. Each praline pays homage to Greg’s southern heritage and his grandmother’s original recipe.
