Every space is outfitted to function independently, allowing makers to prep, cook and clean within the same space each shift.
Each kitchen is staged to accommodate various processes, including gluten free, artisan baking, bottling, catering and more, with over 6,600 sq. ft. of production space.
Our inventory of equipment is ever-evolving based on needs of current members. All kitchens and equipment are maintained and repaired professionally.
NOTE: Commercial kitchen space is not available for public use.
Nutritionists, Teachers, Chefs and other food educators can utilize our Demonstration Kitchen as a workspace, training space and/or dining room using an assortment of in-house tables and chairs. Members book this space using our online booking module and can request assistance in setup and event management from staff. This is an ideal space for cooking classes, dinners and taste-tests.
NOTE: The Demonstration Kitchen is not certified for commercial food production.
