At our Makers Markets a rotating line up of food and drink businesses will set up to sell their goods and provide lots of tempting samples. Stroll through the tables learning more about what drives these local entrepreneurs and how they make their products.
We have two seasons
The summer season is on the front lawn and runs weekly June to the end of August in Warren. The fall season is in Providence at our new West End Kitchens and runs weekly September and October!
Did you know there are more than 120 active businesses in our kitchens producing everything from chocolate chip cookies to hot sauce, mustard to granola, ice cream to salsa, and everything you can imagine in between. Our Makers Markets are a place for the member businesses to meet new customers and build their fan base, and a welcome opportunity for you to discover your next foodie-crush.
During each market we’ll have live music, hot dinner options from local chefs, craft cocktails & mocktails, fresh flowers and produce, desserts, packaged goods, activities and prizes for your kids, and so much more. Entrance is free!
More About Our Markets
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Warren – We are located at 691 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885. Ample market parking is available at the Franklin St. Lot across from the Hope & Main Building. We have a bike rack in the backyard, and we encourage public transportation as well, the RIPTA #60 stops out front.
Providence – The market is located at 945 Westminster Street, Providence RI 02903, right next to Hope & Main, between our building and Citizens Bank on Lafayette Street.
SNAP, WIC & SENIOR CITIZEN VOUCHERS WELCOME
Over half of all farmers markets in our state provide a Bonus Bucks match for EBT dollars — and we’re one of them! We have joined forces with Farm Fresh Rhode Island to offer the Bonus Bucks program.
When shoppers use their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for groceries at our market, they are provided with a 100% match to those funds in the form of Bonus Bucks tokens which can be spent on fresh fruits and vegetables. Farm Fresh RI’s Bonus Bucks don’t expire and can be used at all participating farmers markets.
