Our ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification class is an 8-hour course designed to teach kitchen users how to properly produce food in a manner that is safe for public consumption. This course culminates with a competency exam and certification upon passing.
This certification is ideal for individuals working in food service management, and is required for Hope & Main membership.
Open to public. Admission includes book. Please bring a laptop to class for the exam portion of the course. This event will take place in person at Hope & Main. The class size is limited; please respect others by staying home if you are sick or experiencing symptoms.
